Up-and-coming Swiss snowboarder Nick Pünter is all about style. It is extremely important to him that his riding and tricks look relaxed, cool and stylish, even when the trick is difficult. With this attitude, Nick has become one of the most successful Slopestyle and Big Air talents of recent years - Victory at the renowned World Rookie Fest in Livigno (ITA) in 2019, after coming in second in 2018; second place at the Corvatsch World Rookie Fest in December 2018; and winner in Big Air and Slopestyle at the 2019 European Youth Olympic Festival at Bjelasnica (BIH) are just some of the triumphs he has celebrated over the past seasons. Born in 2002, in Zurich, he has made Laax his second home, because it’s the perfect spot for training and he has many buddies there. Check out his performance in Laax on clips in the “The Crap Show” video series. If Nick is not shredding the hills of Laax, he likes working out, running, playing football, cheering for his favourite club, FC Zurich, or playing computer games. His favourite snowboard discipline is Slopestyle, as he loves the combination of jibbing on rails and jumping kickers. Plus, he likes to get creative on rails and loves to invent new tricks. Regarding his second discipline, Big Air, he is keen on the fact that you have to focus on one single jump and likes performing in front of a huge crowd.
