Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit Card

We accept Visa and MasterCard. When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account by TSG, and payment is debited from your card at the time of dispatch. All transactions on ridetsg.com are processed securely through Datatrans, a third-party online payment service provider that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All card payments are subject to validation checks, and TSG reserves the right to delay any order if further security checks are required. For your safety, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Paypal

PayPal securely stores your card and bank details, allowing you to make online payments without re-entering your financial information for every purchase. With PayPal, you can complete checkout in just a few clicks. Payment is taken directly from your PayPal balance or card, and your payment details are never shared with merchants.

International Bank Transfer

You may also choose to pay via bank transfer, sending the order amount directly to our bank account. Our bank details will be provided in your order confirmation email. Please include your name and order number when completing the transfer. Note that any transfer fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. Your order will be shipped once we receive your payment in our account.

Shipping

Delivery Times

All orders are typically processed within 2 business days at TSG’s European distribution center in the Netherlands. Shipping takes between 2 to 10 days depending on your location. We operate Monday through Friday and do not process orders on public holidays. You will receive a preliminary confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

  • USA Customer: Due to the significant increase in shipping costs, we are currently unable to offer reasonable prices for orders to the USA. However, you can still find TSG products at our partner store, Action Emporium, or through other TSG dealers in the USA. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

NON-EU Member Countries

  • Lichtenstein, Switzerland: 22 €

Custom information for NON-EU Shipments

Your invoice total does not include any import taxes or customs fees, which are charged by your local government. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot predict these charges and are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed once your package reaches your country. For more details, please contact your local customs office or post office.

We ship with GSL

To track your shipment, click here and enter your tracking code.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the shipping date for any reason. Please note that shipping charges are not reimbursed.

Only orders placed through ridetsg.com are eligible for exchange or return via TSG. If you purchased a TSG product from one of our retail partners, please process your exchange or return directly through that store.

All returned products will be inspected. To be eligible for a return, products must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and returned with the original packaging, a completed return form, and a copy of your original TSG invoice. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We will reject the return if:

  • The product shows signs of visible use
  • The product is damaged as a result of return transport

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If the product is faulty or does not match the order, we will refund the purchase price, return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes (with proof of payment, such as a receipt), along with the original shipping fees.

We will not accept returns if the product shows signs of:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • External events (e.g., natural disasters).
  • Improper use or handling.
  • Tampering by the customer or a third party.
  • Excessive or extreme use.

We are not responsible for any items lost during the return shipment. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

How to Return a Product

Before returning any product, please contact us via email (shop(at)ridetsg.com) to notify us of your return. Once confirmed, complete the return form included with your delivery and return it with the product(s) in original packaging.

Size Exchange

Reduced items are excluded from exchange.

To request a size exchange, please email us at shop(at)ridetsg.com with a clear description of the matter making sure the new items are reserved for you in stock. All exchanges are subject to availability.
