TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. GENERAL

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by TSG International AG (named “us ”) and the buyer (named “you ”). Any terms and conditions that you propose or object to are subject to our written consent. By placing an order with us, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order.

We reserve the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion.

II. STOCK AVAILABILITY

Usually unavailable items are not possible to order online but in extremely busy periods it may happen. We cannot always guarantee permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. Some items sell much better than we predict; lead times in the industry are annoyingly long. If an item is out of stock, we’ll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.

III. Color of Products

Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

IV. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Euros.

Accepted methods of payment are Paypal and Credit Card (visa & mastercard). Swiss and EU customers may pay via prepayment (bank transfer). Customers that pay via prepayment should provide name and order number on the transfer form and transfer the money within 7 working days.

The total cost of your items ordered plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to your PayPal account/credit card.

For customers outside of the EU: The total amount of your invoice does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees charged by your local government. As customs policies vary widely by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.

V. SHIPMENTS/DELIVERY

The following delivery times are approximate and apply to the regions listed below (Monday–Friday business days):

Europe: 2-6 days
Switzerland: 3-7 days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed during the checkout process. For more details, you can find additional information about our shipping prices here

Additional Costs

Delivery within the EU: No additional costs will be charged, sales tax is already included in the sale price.

Deliveries outside the EU: Duty, sales tax, and import taxes will be charged by your local customs office and invoiced directly to the recipient by the courier after delivery.

We ship with GSL. To track your parcel click here and enter your tracking code.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from your post office, you will be charged for the return shipping costs to TSG.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS OF RETURN

We gladly accept returns for any reason within 14 days of the shipping date. Please note that shipping charges are not reimbursed.

Reduced items are excluded from exchange.

Only orders placed through ridetsg.com are eligible for exchange or return via TSG. If you purchased a TSG product through one of our retail partners, please process your return or exchange directly through that store.

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Products must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and returned with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns will be rejected if:

The product shows visible signs of use.
The product is damaged due to improper return transport.

Upon approval, we will refund your payment (excluding duties, taxes, and other expenses). You will be charged for all shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. If you paid via pre-payment, please include your banking details to facilitate the refund.

If the product is faulty or does not match the order, we will refund the purchase price, return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes (with proof of payment, such as a receipt), along with the original shipping fees.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of:

Natural wear and tear.
External events (e.g., natural disasters).
Improper use or handling.
Tampering by the customer or a third party.
Excessive or extreme use.

We are not responsible for any items lost during return shipping. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

VII. WARRANTY

TSG products have been manufactured to the highest quality standards, tested and approved according to the relevant standards. The original buyer is entitled to a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase on the material and workmanship with presentation of proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, alterations to the product, natural breaking or fading of colours and materials over time and/or exposure.

The original stickers on the inside of the helmet must not be removed.

TSG waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences that might result from the use or handling of any TSG product by any legal or natural person.

If your TSG safety product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship we will, at our sole option, either repair or replace your safety product free of charge.

Please contact your dealer from which your TSG product was purchased and the dealer will then evaluate the claim.

If you purchased your TSG product from our website ridetsg.com, we offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with the TSG warranty form and photos here.

TSG may request the defective product for further inspection.

You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.

VIII. SECURE TRANSACTIONS

Our e-commerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – the industry standard for encryption technology used to create a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. If your browser and local network support the use of encrypted data transmissions, our Secure Checkout mode locks all information (i.e.: your credit card number) passed from you to TSG INTERNATIONAL AG in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult to be intercepted by an unauthorized party.

IX. COPYRIGHTS

All rights of trademarks, designs, texts and all other products are under our sole copyright. This website is protected by copyright. Modifications, reproductions or any imitation or copy is forbidden.

X. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

All terms and contracts under this agreement are governed by Swiss Law without regard to conflict of laws. UN purchasing law (CISG) is excluded. The designated court is Zurich, Switzerland.

Should a provision of these general conditions of supply prove to be wholly or partly invalid, the parties to the contract shall jointly seek an arrangement having a legal and economic effect which will be as similar as possible to the invalid provision.
